UNDERGROUND Boot camp is a small group training boot camp for those who want to transform their bodies and walk with their heads held high. Workouts consist of a fun and intense mixture of cardio, cross-fit, tire and sledgehammer training, and core strengthening. Some days we even push cars!
In addition to some of the most exciting workouts in town, UNDERGROUND Boot Camp clients also receive a fully-customized nutrition program designed around their bodies and goals, and which is updated regularly to keep them from ever hitting a plateau.

No problem! Everyone else in UNDERGROUND Boot Camp is always pushing to be better themselves, and those who are more advanced and have "been there and done that" are more than willing to help and encourage you along the way. You will never be asked to do something that is unsafe or that you aren't ready for, but be ready to always be discovering new limits and smashing old ones!

On average, nearly all of my UNDERGROUND Boot Camp clients are losing 1% of body fat per week! This equates to 2-5 inches, and 2-4 pounds of pure body fat each week! You are only limited by how hard you work your program.

Then you will stay out of shape and I would prefer that you didn't even sign up.
I know this may sound rude but, if this is something that is really worth it to you to commit to prioritizing, then you will make the time to show up. If not, you will be wasting a space for someone who is willing and I would rather work with that person.

No. See, I've discovered that, when it comes to exercise there are 2 major motivators: your goals and your money.
Besides the fact that my program is full of awesome people and that you will WANT to be there, the fact that you pay for not showing up is a little extra incentive to get the most out of your investment.
That which has no cost has no value, and I'm not here to simply take your money and give you nothing in return.
