Jeron always pushes me further than I would ever push myself in training, plus he makes the work out fun so the hour goes by quickly. I love seeing the results I get from my workouts too. Every week I see improvement in the way I look & I continue to lose weight weekly. Plus my workout is with heavier weights and harder than I ever thought I could do.
JuneAss kicking and stretching past injuries out...oh so very very painful! ;) However, his service always comes with the infamous "Jeron smile" and when I'm falling to the floor in pain, it makes me hate him just a little bit. I kid.... Sorta. I love the meal plans that are easy to follow, help with correct form for lifting so I feel confident doing it on my own, keeping track of body measurements. Yay for weight loss!
MiranaJeron is no Vera de Milo..
He knows and can actually give detailed and understandable explanations of nutrition, human physiology, body chemistry, why it freaking hurts, and why you just *have* to go on. Jeron's positive "I believe in you, bro" attitude makes it so much easier to go back week after week for more pain.
What else..? Humor. Jeron is stinkin' funny. He is also a real person who understands how hard getting in shape can be. I believe that he does this not because he's a gym rat, but because he wants to share this awesome feeling of fitness with others.
I just over a month I have lost 12 lbs, 6.5 inches, and 3% body fat. I feel super great, and I kind of brag about how much I can dead lift..
So, les'sum up: Jeron is awesome; call him if you are ready to work (hard!!) for the body you want; be ready to laugh, cry, and maybe puke.. in a good way, of course.
BrianaI have been training with Jeron for just under one month. Already I have seen huge strides in my muscle tone, muscle strength and my overall appearance. Jeron is very good about making sure his clients push themselves to achieve the best results but he holds client safety in high regard. He also keeps track of body fat percentage to keep you motivated to continue following your individualized your plan.
